Social Change UK's Memory walk
***In light of the passing of HM Queen Elizabeth II, as a mark of respect, we have decided to reschedule the Memory Walk to the following weekend, Sunday 25th September at 2pm.***

We are excited to announce Social Change UK are hosting a Memory Walk in aid of the Alzheimer's Society. Join us on Sunday 25th September at 2pm in Boultham Park, where we will be walking around the beautiful lake. Afterwards enjoy some music from the Lincolnshire hospital band and grab a bite to eat.
