*Must have a willingness to attend and participate in camp activities
*Must bring a positive attitude
*Must wear camp t-shirt during camp (shirts will be laundered by the camp)
CODE OF CONDUCT
*Must respect fellow campers and adults
*No fighting, teasing or profane language
*No personal electronic devices during camp time
If a camper needs to have a cell phone it will be collected by the camp manager upon arrival at camp and returned at the end of the camp day.
DISCIPLINARY ACTION
The camp staff will use discipline as a learning opportunity for the offending camper by integrating problem-solving skills into the discussion
*1st Offense
Camp Staff will first verbally warn campers that have broken the rules. A discussion will occur between camper and counselor where goals and objectives will be set. Parents will be verbally notified and a written incident form filed.
*2nd Offense
If inappropriate behavior persists, the parent will be asked to attend an on-site meeting with the child, counselor, and/or camp manager to review infractions and what repeated infractions will mean.
*3rd Offense – Dismissal from camp
If behavior does not improve, parents will be notified and child may be sent home for the day or permanently.
