This is a survey regarding Taichung City's public transportation and the quality of the services offered.  

The goal of this survey is to better understand how people travel in Taichung city and compare the expectations of quality vs. actual quality of public transportation services that are available.

All questions in this survey will be relating to the services that are offered in Taichung city.
