Agency by Design Oakland Apprenticeship Program Application (2024-2025)
This program is designed to cultivate the leadership of Black and Brown educators of color who are interested in developing their personal and professional leadership abilities. Apprentices will receive training in healing-centered facilitation and coaching, one on one coaching and participate in "on the job" training by co-facilitating AbDO offerings during the 2024-2025 school year.

Please read the program guide for details on dates & program components. This program is designed for teachers with 3+ years of active classroom teaching experience (or equivalent).

We acknowledge (and have experienced) that Black and Brown educators have oftentimes faced greater scrutiny and gatekeeping. You are already enough. Please note that this application is solely to ensure you are values aligned with our organization and a good fit for our program.

Priority Application deadline -Friday, May 24, 2024, however we will continue to accept applications until our cohort is full.
