The Bloomington-Normal YMCA Employee of the Month Program was created to recognize our employees who are going above and beyond for our members and operations while upholding the YMCA's core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility. Please fill out the form below to nominate a YMCA staff member for Employee of the Month who you believe has been a great example of our values. Please try to be as detailed as possible as to why you are nominating the staff member you chose. All nominations are due by the 28th of each month and the Employee of the Month will be announced on the 5th day of the following month.
