UUFR Carpool Interest - Oct 16 ONE Wake Action
Capturing interest in carpooling to the Oct 16th ONE Wake action in Durham.

Event: US Senate Candidate Assembly (ONE Wake & NC IAF statewide action)
Date: Saturday October 16, 2022
Time: 3:00pm-4:30pm
Location: Immaculate Conception Catholic Church [810 W Chapel Hill St, Durham, NC 27701]

ONE Wake members will join other NC IAF affiliates (Durham CAN, Justice United, Forsyth Multiracial project, and NC Congress of Latino Organizations) to bring hundreds of delegates to a public meeting with candidates for US Senate. The competitive election will provide excellent opportunity for grassroots leaders to win commitments from candidates on actions only possible at a federal level.

UUFR has pledged to bring at least 20 people to the event.
The event will be held at Immaculate Conception Church in Durham. We do not have current carpool plans but are capturing interest to see if we can coordinate carpools. If we did we'd likely depart and return to UUFR before/after the event.

Please put your info below if you'd be interested in carpooling. You do not have to be 100% committed to joining a carpool to signup, just capturing initial interest.

Note: masking will be encouraged at the event itself. Mask policies for carpooling will be up to each vehicle driver.
