PLEASE NOTE: You are currently adding your child to our waiting list for potential membership for our 2025 season, beginning in January 2025. All spots for our 2024 season have been filled. Adding your child to the list does not guarantee that a spot will be available.

UPDATES TO CYB MEMBERSHIP AGE REQUIREMENTS

TBF: 5th Grade - 8th Grade

SAF: 9th Grade - 12th Grade

If you have a younger child interested in being a member, please go ahead and add him/her to our list. We do have a youth program for elementary school age kids and younger - Bass Buddies. They DO NOT fish in tournaments from boats, but do compete in bank fishing tournaments (1 parent must be present). It is a great introductory program for young anglers.

Cincinnati Youth Bass participates in various meetings and events during the winter and generally has 5-7 tournaments during the summer. Their participation in tournaments and events earns them points toward awards, such as Angler of the Year and Rookie of the Year.

Anglers also have the option to participate in the Ohio Bass Federation and Bass Nation Youth state Championships.

TIMELINE:

We generally begin reviewing our waiting list in June for the following year's season. Families on the waiting list as of June 1, should expect to receive an email verifying whether or not they are still interested in mid-June. If we are able to offer a spot to your child, you will receive an offer email in late-July / early-August. Club registrations begin in September and forms and fees are due in October. Jerseys will be ordered late October/early November to ensure they are ready for our first event in January.
