The fee for Idaho teams is $125 for this year if you pay before November 15th at midnight MT.

If payment has not been received by midnight on February 11th , you will forfeit your team’s participation opportunity and we will offer that spot to a team on our waitlist.

The fee will increase to $150 beginning at 12:01 a.m. MT on November 16th.

Out-of-state teams from reciprocal participation states will be able to register for our waitlist beginning on November 16th.

Out-of-state registration fee is $150.

Out-of-state teams have 48 hours from time the invitation is sent to determine if they will accept the invitation to compete and pay in full. If they don’t reply, register or answer within that timeframe, an invitation will be extended to the next team on the waitlist.

All teams MUST BE PAID IN FULL by Friday, February 24th at midnight MT. If no payment has been made, their registration will be cancelled.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR REGISTRATION. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Once your team has paid the registration fee, they have agreed to fill an open slot (if available). There will be no refunds given for teams that need to pull out, do not show up, or if the event must be canceled. Every effort will be made to hold the Championship event. However, the weather may impact that ability. Coaches/mentors will be notified if the event has to be canceled as soon as possible. *

Event Registration Specifics (Again...NO REFUNDS)

1. Idaho State Championship event cost is $125. Late fee after November 15th is $150. NON REFUNDABLE.

2. If payment is not received by February 11th, your team will forfeit their opportunity to compete and that slot will be offered to another team from our waitlist.

3. 3% convenience fee for use of online Square payments will be included.

4. Events that are scrimmages (unofficial practices) will be held at NO COST for registration.

5. Specific agendas for each event will be sent closer to the event date.

FIRST Tech Challenge Idaho State Championship *

FTC State Championship - Cole Valley Christian, Meridian, Idaho $125 prior to 11/15, $150 thereafter (if space remains) - March 10 4:00 p.m. load in and March 11 8:00am doors open

OPTIONAL: Scrimmages are "unofficial" practice events where teams can meet, collaborate and practice. Attendance is not required.

THESE EVENTS DO NOT ADVANCE TO STATE.

These gatherings are merely for practice and community building. Come wherever your team is in their season journey. Driving robots will get to scrimmage on the official POWERPLAY field with other driving robots. Teams will have the opportunity to collaborate with the other attending teams and learn, brainstorm, and get inspiration from others.

There are no registration fees for scrimmages.

November 12th - 9:00am Magic Valley - Kimberly Middle School, Kimberly, Idaho

December 3rd - 2:00pm North Scrimmage - U of I Research Park, Post Falls, Idaho

January 7th - 2:00pm North Scrimmage - U of Research Park, Post Falls, Idaho

January 14th - 9:00am Gooding Scrimmage - Gooding High School Gymnasium, Gooding, Idaho

February 4th - 2:00pm North Scrimmage - U of I Research Park, Post Falls, Idaho

The registration fee for the FIRST FTC Idaho State Championship will be $125 per in state (Idaho) team , $150 after November 1 and $150 for out-of-state teams.

Each team must register AND have their payment received by Friday, February 11, 2023. If your team's payment has not been received by February 11, 2023, your team's registration will be canceled.

If we have more teams register than available spots, the received registrations AND payment date AND time order will be used to assign open spots.

A wait list will be maintained if needed.
