Can you lend a hand? We have several volunteer positions for the 19th Annual Peak2Peak, both in advance and on the day of the event.
At Walk SF's office in the Mission on Wednesday, September 6, 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Help prepare event packets for participants.
At Peak2Peak on Saturday, September 9 (various times):- Set up and clean up at the start location (7:00 am - 10:30 am): Help set up tables and supplies as well as break down and clean up.
- Participant sign-in at the start location (7:00 am - 10:00 am): Check in participants, hand out event packets, and direct them to their walk leader.
- Merchandise table at the start and end locations (7:00 am - 10:00 am, 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm): Offer and sell Walk SF "SWAG" to participants.
- Snack station at mid-morning stop (8:00 am - 11:00 am): Offer participants snacks and drinks and help set up table and supplies as well as break down and clean up.
- Lunch service, set up and clean up at the lunch location (10:30 am - 3 pm): Hand out meals to participants and help set up tables and supplies as well as break down and clean up.
The exact locations will be shared with confirmed volunteers to keep the route secret!
