If you're participating in the Beebe Library's Young Adult bingo, this is the place to submit each completed bingo. A bingo is any line going horizontal, vertical or diagonal (you can repeat squares if you've completed a new bingo). This is for kids going into Grades 5-12. For each bingo submitted, you get a virtual raffle ticket towards gift cards at the end of the summer. Information collected here will only be used for in-house statistics and to contact you should you win.
