We welcome you on the booking application page for participation in an exciting trip to the Valley of Castles - the most popular place in the Charyn canyons.
The canyon has the official name Kyzylsay or Red Canyon. Folk name of the canyon is the Valley of Castles. The canyon is a beautiful 3 km long gorge and leads to the left bank of the Charyn River.
Guests make simple trekking through the canyon gorge, admiring the bizarre effects of nature: castles, statues, mysterious figures.

We begin our trip at 7 am, gather guests inside the square of the VOAD - AlFarabi - Baitursynov -Raiymbek streets.
Further, our path goes along the interstate highway “Western China - Western Europe”, from which we leave in the area of the village of Chilik (Shelek).
By 11 o'clock in the morning, we are approaching the checkpoint of the Charyn National Park, the most popular national park in Kazakhstan.
By 11:30 we begin a leisurely descent into the canyon and an hour-long walk to the bank of the Charyn river.
English-speaking / Russian-speaking guide accompanies your trip with interesting stories and facts about the Almaty region, the history of the Charyn canyons.

Having reached the river bank, we rest in the shade of relict trees - the Turanga, have lunch and after two hours we return to the minibus through the canyon.
Rising from the canyon, we visit the panoramic platform on the Valley of Castles, the sun will be behind our backs after lunch, which will provide beautiful landscape photos.
At 15 o'clock in the afternoon, we return to the city. Having driven 200 kilometres, the driver drops off guests inside the "golden square" of Almaty.

The cost of a trip for one adult guest: 30 USD. Cost for children up to 10 years: 25 USD.

The price includes:
- English / Russian speaking guide service
- eco-fees of Charyn National Park
- 1.5 litres of ARZU drinking bottled water
- transportation in a comfortable minibus Toyota Hiace 2017 release (comfortable seats, air conditioning during the trip).
The cost does not include the cost of meals for guests.

Minibus capacity is 10 guests.
