3. Celem zbierania danych jest rejestracja elektroniczna i udział w konferencji. /The purpose of the data collection is electronic registration and participation in the conference.

Przysługuje Pani/Panu prawo dostępu do treści danych oraz ich sprostowania, usunięcia lub ograniczenia przetwarzania, a także prawo sprzeciwu, zażądania zaprzestania przetwarzania i przenoszenia danych, jak również prawo do cofnięcia zgody w dowolnym momencie oraz prawo do wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego jakim jest Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych. / You have the right to access and rectify, erase or restrict processing, as well as the right to object, request the cessation of processing and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
5. Podanie danych jest dobrowolne, lecz niezbędne do realizacji ww. celu. 8. Dane udostępnione przez Panią/Pana nie będą przetwarzane w sposób zautomatyzowany w tym również w formie profilowania. / The data provided by you will not be processed by automated means including profiling.
9. Dane udostępnione przez Panią/Pana będą przechowywane przez okres do czasu zakończenia raportowania z konferencji. / The data provided by you will be stored for a period of time until the conference reporting is completed.
