I know the Volunteer Attorney cannot discuss anything with me if there appears to be a conflict of interest pursuant to the Rules of Professional Conduct. Further, if I fail to disclose any such conflict of interest to the Volunteer Attorney, I waive any legal remedies related to such disclosure.
