Central San Academy Sign-up / Interest Form
Everyone who is interested in attending the Academy must fill out a separate application (for example, if you would like your spouse to attend with you, please fill out a separate form with their information). You must be 18 or older to sign up.

We will be holding our next session potentially at least partially in person at our Collection System Operations Facility at 1250 Springbrook Road in Walnut Creek and/or our Headquarters at 5019 Imhoff Place in Martinez. Using the email address you provide on this form, we will notify you as soon as we announce the next session, but feel free to reach out with any questions in the meantime by emailing academy@centralsan.org.
