Instructors will provide swimming lessons to children of all ages and skill levels. Generally, children who take lessons range in age from 1-12 years old. As a swim instructor, you are responsible for the safety of each swimmer and teaching students using the skills learned in training. Our mission is to develop happy, confident, and safe swimmers. You will work to build water confidence with your student, and encourage each student to learn to swim while maintaining high expectations. You can expect to regularly communicate with parents, students, and fellow team members.
We are committed to training our team to teach swim lessons, by giving them the tools they need to be successful. We offer paid training to prepare you for the start of the season.
