Donation Request Form
Thank you for thinking of the Discovery Center of Idaho while planning your fundraising event.

Please read the following requirements carefully before submitting your request:
  • A Donation Request Form must be fully completed to be considered for donations. If you do not fill out the entirety of the form you will not be considered for a donation.
  • Requests for donations must be submitted no later than 60 days prior to the date of your event. Requests must clearly state the date of the event and mailing address of the organization.
  • If a request is approved, you will be notified via email that your donation has been granted.
  • Organizations may only request one donation per calendar year. Please consolidate your requests within your organization.
  • Please be mindful that The Discovery Center of Idaho is a nonprofit organization. Therefore, there is a limited number of donations we can afford to make. Once we have reached our limit, we may not make additional donations.

Organizations Considered Ineligible:
  • Social, labor union, alumni, or trade associations, fraternal or political organizations, or organizations serving limited constituencies
  • Faith-based organizations or religious programs whose principal purpose is promulgating a particular religious faith, creed or doctrine
  • Organizations that discriminate in the provision of services unlawfully or in a manner inconsistent with the Discovery Center's policies on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, national origin, age, marital status, mental or physical ability, or sexual orientation
  • Organizations that are actively engaged in highly controversial issues or use controversial tactics to advocate their position. A controversial issue is a serious matter for which different segments of the community have strong opposing positions and that has an impact on society or its institutions. A controversial tactic is an unlawful activity, or an extreme action that intentionally damages or threatens people or property
  • Organizations that operate or support activities that are counter to the policies of The Discovery Center of Idaho
