The internet that may be requested is only via WiFi, there is no access via landline.

➤ BOOTH DISPLAY
Displays need to stay within the vendor’s booth space. Displays should not disturb, distract, and/or encroach another vendor’s booth space. Nothing is to extend into the aisles, and/or in front of other tables.

The use of projectors, TVs, speakers, and computers that disturb neighboring booths visually and audibly will not be permitted. AnimeFest is a family friendly convention, all displays and signs should be appropriate for all ages.

NO MATERIALS ARE TO BE ATTACHED TO ANY WALLS IN THE HOTEL. The Hotel does not allow any materials to be attached to walls. Each vendor is responsible for bringing their own freestanding structures for all hanging products or signs. Any damage incurred to a wall will be charged directly to the responsible vendor’s booth.

RULES OF CONDUCT

AnimeFest is a family friendly convention with minors in attendance. Vendors are expected to act in a professional manner, use clean language, and have a good attitude when dealing with customers. We will try to resolve any issues with a vendor offending attending members or volunteers. Vulgarity will not be accepted.

Your employees or volunteers must wear a badge, nametag, or something that denotes them is part of your organization. If your employees or volunteers wish to attend any part of the convention they will need to purchase memberships to Animefest/GameFest. There is a limit of three (3) persons behind a booth. Keep your space clean of food, trash and other miscellaneous items during and at the end of each convention day.

Vendors are not allowed to extend beyond your space. You will be asked one (1) time to move your belongings. Vendors will be asked to leave the convention at the discretion of Assistant Director of Sales and Risk management, and/or Director of Sales and Risk Management.

Since the Community Information Table is not a secured area all merchandise and equipment must be removed each convention night. Flyers may be left on your tables form members to take with them. you are responsible for cleaning and removing trash during closing times. Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise and equipment at all times.

All vendors are to follow all applicable local, state, and federal laws. These table are purely for giving and gathering information. No sales will be allowed! If a vendor breaks these rules, they will be expelled from the convention and AnimeFest will contact the proper authorities if necessary .
