If you require individual letters of invitation, please enter all requested data before submitting the form. This form needs to be completed and submitted for EACH person requiring an individual letter of invitation.

Please note that travelers seeking Chinese visas are required to have six months’ passport validity beyond the dates of travel.

Upon submitting this form, an auto-generated Letter of Invitation will be signed by the Head of School and affixed with the Concordia seal before being returned to the email address entered on the form.
