The following is the Class Policies and Agreement between YOU, the Attendee, and Elizabeth Copeland.
The payment fee is non-refundable for any reason. Should you do a bank chargeback or chargeback on SEZZLE you will be responsible for any and all legal fees associated with this and fees charged to B+L.  If the Participant fails to pay according to the payment schedule outlined, the Participant will forfeit his/her seat in the shootout and will not be entitled to a refund.  SHOULD for some reason a host needs to change dates-we will offer a refund or change of date. We will not offer a retreat substitute for a later time.  If we are unable to replace your seat you will not be refunded. *

Participants MUST allow for a window of extra hours before and after the retreat in case the timing of the shooting is changed due to unforeseen weather conditions or other circumstances outside of the control of the hosts. If you show up late - there are no refunds for the time lost. It is your job to show up on time. Please do not show up late and disrupt the current shooting.  *

SHOULD YOU submit  images to magazines you must credit ALL parties of the event. You must credit B+L / hosts and any vendor. YOU MAY NOT under any circumstances claim any setup/design etc as your own. *
Should Santa become ill we will alter the set and refunds will not be given for any changes of sets, props, etc We can not promise any unforeseen illnesses.  *
IMPORTANT:    IMAGES MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA DROPBOX WITHIN 2 WEEKS MAX OF THE EVENT AND MUST BE SIMILAR TO YOUR ACTUAL STYLE OF WORK. PLEASE DO NOT SIMPLY THROW IN UNEDITED IMAGES JUST TO FULFILL THIS OBLIGATION. As a thank you to ALL of our models who are giving of their time FREELY- we ask that you submit your top 3-5 images per model for their usage as well. This is customary for shootouts and it is a great way to continue exposure. YOUR images MUST be submitted within 2 weeks of the shootout date. Please be timely as models anticipate and LOVE receiving images. We will create a DROPBOX for you to add your images. Your logo may be present but must not impede the image itself. I will create a folder with each of your names and you will put your images in the folder. We ask for 1 web sized/social size with watermark and 1 high resolution file for each image.MODELS WILL BE REQUIRED TO TAG ALL PARTIES AS WELL. This is 100% important. Not doing this 1. hinders your opportunity to be seen, shared etc but 2. is not nice to our amazing models who show up for you to shoot.
Clear selection
All information discussed, given, or shared with you at the shootout is for the attendee only and should not be discussed in part, or in its entirety, with any photographer or persons who have not attended the shootout. All materials are protected under copyright law and should not be distributed without the express consent of all HOSTS involved. This goes for in person and FACEBOOK GROUP. *
The HOSTS shall be held harmless for any and all injury to Participant before and after the shootout and Participant's business and equipment during the course of the shootout. You are responsible for your gear.  You understand that you will not file suit or claim against HOST/S and you will NOT slander anyone involved in this shootout. *
