El titular, contratante,  para realizar las actividades ha de ser mayor de 18 años,  en caso de no ser así tendrá que venir acompañado de padre/madre o tutor que será responsable de autorizar de que el menor pueda realizar la actividad contratada. 2. El pago de la actividad se hará por adelantado por cualquiera de los medios disponibles (efectivo, tarjeta,...), por el total del servicio y en el momento de la realización de la actividad o bien con antelacion. 3.La reserva, consulta de disponibilidad o cualquier otra comunicación deberá realizarse por teléfono/whatsapp (0034 603464456) o por email: info@campellosurfclub.es , con una antelación máxima de 24 horas.  4. El contratante, declara estar en perfecto estado de salud y con las condiciones necesarias para la práctica de este deporte. Deberá tener en cuenta nuestras recomendaciones de acuerdo con su nivel y las condiciones de las playas y conoce los riesgos, lesiones que puede conllevar el realizar estas actividades y el medio donde se practica.  5. Las actividades se realizan en el lugar establecido por el responsable de la actividad así como el tiempo y la duración. Las actividades al ser programadas, dependemos del estado del mar del día elegido por lo que hasta 24 horas de antelación no sabremos si se pueden realizar, en el caso de no informar a los asistentes de la cancelación tienen que presentarse el día asignado para la realización de la actividad. La finalización de la actividad por parte del contratante antes de su finalización no ocasionará ningún tipo de abono o reembolso, en el caso de anularse o cancelarse, se popondrá otro día de mutuo acuerdo para poder llevar la actividad a cabo, en caso de no poder realizarse se realizará el reembolso del importe pagado.  6. El contratante estará cubierto por el seguro de Accidentes y Responsabilidad Civil asignado por la empresa que realiza las actividades, siempre y cuando haya informado de los datos necesarios para incluirlo en la póliza de seguros con nombre, apellidos, fecha de nacimiento y teléfono de contacto, por cualquier medio válido como completando este formulario, vía escrita (mail a info@campellosurfclub.es), o whatsapp al (+34) 603 464 456, en el caso de no aportar los datos correspondientes, no se hace responsable al organizador de reclamaciones por accidentes, heridas, golpes o daños ocasionados a sí mismo o a terceros (personas o bienes) durante el periodo de la actividad contratada.  7. El contratante no podrá realizar actividades bajo los efectos del alcohol, narcóticos ni otros sustancias que puedan alterar sus facultades. 8. Queda prohibido ceder, vender o permutar la actividad sin el previo aviso y consentimiento de la empresa encargada de realizar las actividades y sin haber informado de los datos personales correspondientes de la persona a realizar la misma. 9. La empresa encargada de realizar las actividades podrá rescindir unilateralmente el contrato antes de la fecha de su conclusión en caso de incumplimiento grave por parte del contratante por la razón que considere estipuladas en los puntos anteriores, sin que tenga derecho el contratante a ningún tipo de reclamación o indemnización. 10. El contratante se compromete expresamente a abonar a la empresa encargada de realizar las actividades los cargos que correspondan a los precios de las tarifas vigentes especificadas en el presente contrato por las actividades a realizar que incluyen impuestos legalmente aplicables.  11. El Cliente declara haber leído y aceptado las anteriores condiciones y firma que está de acuerdo con las condiciones leidas marcando SI en el formulario. 12. El contratante en el caso de estar federado con la Licencia FESURF en vigor, tendrá que acogerse a los seguros correspondientes de la Federación Española de Surf y no podrá estar incluidos en los que tenga contratados la empresa encargada de realizar las actividades. 13.El lugar de Jurisdicción de este contrato es España en la localidad de El Campello (Alicante). 14. El arrendatario declara estar en perfecto estado de salud y con las condiciones necesarias para la práctica de este deporte. Deberá tener en cuenta nuestras recomendaciones de acuerdo con su nivel y las condiciones de las playas.  5. El material alquilado se recogerá en el lugar establecido por el responsable del arrendador y se devolverá en la fecha,hora y lugar pactado por el arrendador del material y la persona que lo alquile (arrendatario). El incumplimiento del horario implicará un recargo correspondiente a la diferencia de tiempo de más contados en horas completas. La entrega antes de la finalización del contrato no ocasionará ningún tipo de abono o reembolso. 6. El arrendatario es responsable de estar asegurado con una adecuada cobertura contra riesgos que se puedan presentar durante el periodo de alquiler. El arrendador no se hace responsable de reclamaciones por accidentes,heridas, golpes o daños ocasionados a sí mismo o a terceros (personas o bienes) durante el periodo de alquiler.  7. El arrendatario está obligado a tener buen cuidado y tomar todas las precauciones necesarias para proteger el material, así como su uso y conocimientos del deporte a practicar. P.e. No dejarlo al sol cara arriba; No sentarse sobre el material en la arena/roca, etc., así como también se compromete a utilizarlas de acuerdo con las normas básicas de navegación y las propias características del material. El arrendatario no utilizara el material bajo los efectos del alcohol, narcóticos ni otros sustancias que puedan alterar sus facultades. 8.El alquiler de material  no incluye sistema de sujeción para vehículos. 9. Queda prohibido ceder, vender o permutar el material arrendado. 10. El arrendador podrá rescindir unilateralmente el contrato antes de la fecha de su conclusión en caso de incumplimiento grave por parte del arrendatario en el uso y cuidado del material. En este caso el arrendador podrá tomar posesión inmediata del material en el lugar en que se encuentre, sin que tenga derecho el arrendatario a ningún tipo de reclamación o indemnización. 11. El arrendatario podrá prorrogar la duración del presente contrato comunicándolo por las vías citadas anteriormente al arrendador, antes de la fecha determinación del mismo. En este caso, si el arrendador así lo exige deberá formalizarse nuevo contrato. 12. El arrendatario se compromete expresamente a abonar al arrendador los cargos que correspondan a los precios de las tarifas vigentes especificadas en el presente contrato por el tiempo de disposición del material que incluyen impuestos legalmente aplicables, así como los costes de reposición o cualquier otro añadido citado anteriormente. 13. Serán por cuenta del arrendatario todos los gastos judiciales, derivados del incumplimiento por parte del arrendatariode las obligaciones establecidas en el presente contrato. 14. El material alquilado se devolverá en las mismas condiciones de entrega, así como completamente limpio y sin restos de arena, en caso de no ser así, el arrendatario debe informar de los daños acontecidos. Se establecen los siguientes costes de reposición impuestos por el arrendador y son aceptados en este contrato por el arrendatario.- LIMPIEZA DE MATERIAL: 5 €. TABLAS DE SURF: Gran deterioro o rotura, pérdida o robo implicará abono de 200 € para cualquier tipo de tabla. Daños parciales, tales como agujeros, golpes, etc. Tendrán valoración según daños (10 € - 150 €).- INVENTOS:Pérdida o robo implicará el abono de 25 €. Rotura de invento / leash o deteriores leves. No implicarán abono extra ya que se supone consecuenciadel uso habitual del material.- QUILLAS: Rotura, deterioro leve o pérdida de quillas, valoración según daños (5 € - 30 €). En la mayor parte de los casos, el abono corresponderá a la reposición de las mismas.- NEOPRENOS: pérdida o robo implicará abono de 100 €. Deterioro parciales se suponen consecuencia de su uso.- BODYBOARDS: Gran deterioro o rotura, pérdida o robo implicará abono de 100 €. Deterioro parcial (tal como agujeros, “arrugas”,…) valoración según daños (10 € - 80 €).TABLAS DE PADDEL SURF / KAYAKS: Gran deterioro o rotura, pérdida o robo implicará valoración según daños y modelos (300 - 700 €) REMOS DE PADDEL SURF/KAYAK: Rotura, pérdida, que se hunda o robo implicará abono de 75 €. SURFSKATES-CARVER: Gran deterioro o rotura, pérdida o robo implicará valoración, según daños y modelos (200 €-300 €), Deterioro parcial valoración según daños (50 € - 150 €).
