Due to popularity and number of applicants, this is a juried event. This means we decide who will be included based on specific parameters
This includes but not limited to:
- Past event behavior
- If your items will sell well at the event
- Number of vendors with similar items
- etc.

Please note that after acceptance (starting April 21st), you have 1 week to pay the invoice before your spot is relinquished. If you are unable to pay within this time period, please reach out to see if we can work with you.

NC expects vendors to have their own Vendor Insurance to cover these instances as well as unexpected cancelations.

North Carolina requires vendors to register in order to collect and remit taxes.  We ask that you inform yourself about the laws in your state. No fee is required to apply for a certificate of registration. In the rare case you are asked for this by a state representative and do not have it, you are liable for any fees you may inquire.  More info can be found on this site:
