Hayden Weights - Summer - May 31 thru July 29 The school will shut down for Dead Week July 4th thru the 8th
This camp is designed for boys in grades 7-12. The purpose of our weights camp is to introduce and teach the various skills and techniques on staying fit during the summer. The design of the camp will help prepare the athlete for the upcoming season and will be used as a building block for their future success.
We will not have weights on July 3.
 
Sessions will be in the morning and will run as follows:
6 am - 7:15 am
7 am - 8:15 am
8 am - 9 am

We would prefer grades 7, 8 and 9 attend the 8 am session, but can be flexible.  

Cost is $75  for the ENTIRE summer. Checks MUST be mailed to the following address (DO NOT SEND TO THE SCHOOL).
