This survey has been launched by the CRTS group of experts from the International Association of Railways, UIC, in cooperation with EELISA Community.

In the context of a post Covid pandemic we would be interested to better understand what the current and future needs of regular and potential customers of the railways are worldwide.

Your inputs will help to create adapted services to improve and make rail more attractive to everyone.
