Thanks for supporting our first annual Barking for Baskets event and your interest in 50/50 tickets. Please complete this form and submit to let us know how many tickets your would like. It is very important that you indicate how you will be submitting your payment and that whatever method you use; venmo, paypal, website etc. you state the word BARK (and only BARK please ) in the note or message area. Raffle will be held at our Barking for Baskets Event on Saturday, May 21, 2022 at approximately 5 pm. Rockpoint Community Church, 400 North Haledon Ave, North Haledon NJ 07508 **You do NOT need to be present to win**. PRIZE is 50% of sales of 50/50 tickets. Remaining proceeds (50%) will be dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and adoption of abandoned dogs and cats.
