Despite 20 months of terrible overcrowding, starvation, disease, and murders, the vast majority of the Warsaw Ghetto’s residents were still alive on Erev 9 b”Av, 1942.

Within 3 months that would no longer be the case.

On the anniversary of the destruction of the Temple in Jerusalem, join Lincoln Square Synagogue, and Pardes Institute of Jewish Studies Dean Emeritus Dr. David I. Bernstein an examination of this microcosm of the “hurban” (destruction) of European Jewry.
