AIGA Podcast/Webinar Guest Pitch Form 2024

AIGA, the professional association for design, is now seeking pitches for guest experts to join us on our award-winning podcast or live webinar series. Please review our one-pager about the MARGINS curatorial theme for 2024 before you fill out the form below.

Podcasts: AIGA records our podcast episodes online using a platform called Riverside.fm. Guests should have a stable internet connection, a quiet room, and headphones/AirPods (rather than speakerphone). An external/USB microphone is highly recommended but not required. We prefer podcast guests to have their webcams on during the recording to help us coordinate and connect, but we only use the audio portion of the recording. We typically release episodes 5 to 8 weeks after recording, depending on our editorial calendar.

Webinar: AIGA schedules our 30-45 minute webinars on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays in the late afternoons Eastern Time / lunchtime Pacific Time. We host our Webinars on Zoom and livestream to the AIGA LinkedIn account, with the recordings available for watching on demand afterwards. The tech requirements for a webinar are the same as those listed for podcasts above. If the topic and format of the webinar lend itself to an audio-first format, we may repost the recording to our podcast feed as well.
