This form is used to register for the Amateur Radio exams offered by the Richmond County Amateur Radio Club. For Technician examinees, you will need a FRN number and a valid email address. FRN should be acquired prior to the exam session. For those seeking upgrades, you will still require a valid email address, but your call sign will find your record with the FCC. Exams posted here are given at no charge. We encourage you to prepare by studying appropriate materials and taking practice tests before scheduling an exam session. This ensures that you should leave with at least the license class that you came for. We will offer you the opportunity to take the next level exam, just to see what type of questions are asked, if you so desire.
