The following page has been provided to help volunteers sign-up for the various fair booths and stations. Please provide as much information as is asked by this form. The form will be submitted solely to the committee members responsible for the volunteer sign-ups.  They will contact you to confirm the day/time and booth you would like to help with. Additionally, please make a note if more than one family member will be working a shift.
