Please complete this form to sign your child up for Preschool at Strawberry Hill for the 2022-2023 school year. You will also need to formally REGISTER your child online during the district's registration in July/August. Your child must be 4 on or before September 15, 2022 to attend Preschool. This form needs to be completed only ONCE. You will be contacted towards the end of summer vacation on how to register for the fall.
