The Philadelphia Marathon Weekend is my FAVORITE race weekend. I got my first BQ at the Philly Marathon in 2017 (and took 30 minutes off my marathon time) and ever since then I always have major FOMO if I don't get to Philadelphia for marathon weekend. The weather in PA in mid November is usually perfect for a PR, the Philly course is a fast loop that includes mild rolling hills in the first half with a flat second half, marathon world major energy and crowd support without the logistical headache of a world major, frequent aid station support, and an awesome expo. Bonus if you run up the Art Museum steps like Rocky after your race is over... since the race starts and finishes there.
I am so excited to offer a training & nutrition group coaching experience for this race weekend! Half and full marathoners welcome. This group will be kept to under 10 people to provide the highest level of support possible.
What's Included?
- 16 weeks of group coaching with runners who are doing the same race as you. Information in this program will include both nutrition & training topics to give you the complete experience
- Biweekly live 1 hour group coaching calls & additional live Q&A sessions with me and other experts (all will be recorded and available to replay)
- Private community for the training group & as a way to ask additional questions and share your training outside of our calls
- A training plan including running & strength training programming from Holley for either the Philadelphia Marathon or Half Marathon
- My favorite sports nutrition product samples including what will be available on the marathon course & other sponsor provided gear
- In person group meet up and shakeout run on marathon weekend (date/time TBD)!
- Lifelong access to supporting materials including slides, handouts, my cookbook, and more
- Option to add on discounted InsideTracker blood test & 1:1 call to review results
Dates:
- The application for this program will be open until 8/1/2022
-This program starts the week of 8/8/2022- I will poll the finalized group to determine what call meeting times work best for the majority as it gets closer
-The program ends with our last call being the week after race weekend (the week of 11/21/2022)
-The Philadelphia Half Marathon is Saturday 11/19/2022 and the Philadelphia Marathon is Sunday 11/20/2022.
