Please use this form to submit your cancellation notice. We will drop you from the program at the end of your billed month unless you ask for a future date to drop in this notice. 
Please note that we bill on the 22nd of each current month for the upcoming month of tuition so if we receive your notice of cancellation after the 21st of the month, you will be dropped at the end of the next month as the tuition for the upcoming month has already been billed. Please make sure to send your cancellation notice before the 21st of the month if you want to drop from the program in the same month - no exception - please review terms and conditions of the contract for more details. 
We're sorry to see you go, and we'd love if you could answer some additional questions to help us improve our program. We'll send you a confirmation with your last class within 2 business days.

Keep in mind that we will drop the student(s) from the program at the end of the billed month the day after the last class. If you send the cancellation notice after the 21st of the month, you will be dropped at the end of the upcoming month. One last word: If you are planning to leave the program before your child is water-safe, we urge you to rethink your decision but if it's final, consider finding another swim school as soon as you can to ensure your child attains the necessary survival skills. Our greatest fear is to hear of a drowning that involves one of our former students who we were not able to make water-safe. You will understand it’s not in our nature to give up on anyone easily - we are committed to the safety of our children! -
