The Cazenovia High School PTSA Nominating Committee is now accepting nominations for the following Executive Officer positions for next year’s PTSA Executive Board. We welcome all nominations of parents/guardians, teachers or students. Our goal is to see that every parent, teacher and student has a voice on our PTSA and is given the chance to become actively involved in enriching the educational opportunities at our high school. You may nominate as many candidates as you choose; however, you must use a separate form for each recommendation. Self nominations are encouraged. The nominating committee will collect all nominations and assemble a slate of candidates for the first round of elections on March 25th and the second round of elections on May 13th . President- Responsibilities include general charge and supervision of PTSA business, preside at all meetings and coordinate the work of officers and committees.

Vice President- Responsibilities include acting in the absence of the president and assisting with PTSA business.

Treasurer- Responsibilities include having custody of PTSA funds, keeping accurate records of all accounts, and disbursing authorized funds.

Secretary- Responsibilities include recording filing, maintaining current membership records and PTSA business.

Optional- Please feel free to include this person’s qualifications for office and fitness to serve. Include any information about this candidate that may be helpful in assisting the Nominating Committee. Previous volunteer experience is helpful but not a prerequisite.
