If you require supplies that are not available on the equipment form below, and not available through your country group, please contact us so we can help you look for a solution. If you are providing your own equipment for food preparation, please remember that all supplies should have an electrical check at school prior to the event (exact date tbc) to satisfy Health and Safety Requirements.

The next CRG meeting on the 04 May, will focus on the PFTP participation and we will be looking at all the menu prices (to make sure we are all in sync across different countries); learning the new payment system (which will be digital and require a phone app / not the same as the paper coupons used in previous years); any talking though other questions, clarifications and confirmations for the day. Please ensure that someone from your team is available to attend that meeting. 04 May 2022; @ 9 am in the Sports Centre Cafe. Kindly indicate below who will be attending from your group (and provide a contact number if different from the main contact above, so we can send any reminders / updates about the meeting). *
