Sign-up form for the Catholic Parish of All Saints Newport to volunteer to help people in self-isolation during the COVID-19 crisis.  Volunteers may be called upon to perform basic needs for those who are vulnerable during this pandemic.  Typical tasks will include collecting items from shops to help resupply, making quick phone calls to check on the isolated etc.  

Volunteers will NOT be asked to do anything that would put them at risk.  To volunteer we as that you be healthy and not be in the vulnerable category yourself.  

Privacy Notice: The data collected here will be kept strictly confidential and will only be used to seek your help for someone in your area who is vulnerable during the crisis.  The data will be deleted once the crisis situation is over or on your request.  The data will NOT be shared with anyone and will only be accessed by parish staff as necessary.
