In playing in the Steamboat Mountain Soccer Tournament Coaches Exhibition Game/Tournament, participant understands that he/she does so at his/her own risk.

Participants and all related parties assume full responsibility for all injuries which occur during any of the Coaches Exhibition Games on the premises, He/She does hereby fully and forever release, discharge, and hold harmless Steamboat Soccer Club, the Steamboat Mountain Soccer Tournament, all associated facilities and their owner(s), employee(s), and agent(s) from any and all claims, demands, damages or rights of action, present or future resulting from any person’s participation in any programs or use of the facility.

In addition, he/she agree(s) to follow the rules of conduct and play set by the rules of soccer including IFAB/CSA/USSF. Failure to do so may result in suspension from participation.

I do hereby authorize Steamboat Soccer Club and Steamboat Mountain Soccer Tournament and its assigns to utilize any and all photographs, pictures or other likeness of me or anyone assigned guardianship to me, as they deem appropriate in its promotional materials or team films.

I do hereby understand that if I fail to provide at least 2 interesting coach facts, the SMST reserves the right to make some up on my behalf, and they might be incredibly embarrassing. I've been warned.
