DUSK Music Festival Vendor Registration

Entering its 7th year, DUSK Music Festival is a two-day, music, art and culinary festival held in the heart of downtown Tucson, at Jácome Plaza.  Featuring 40 artists on 3 stages, DUSK provides the most unique and diverse entertainment experience Tucson has to offer.

New for 2023, the Vantage West Vendor Village, sponsored by Vantage West Credit Union in partnership with Local First Arizona, will feature a variety of small businesses and vendors from across the state retailers to sell their products and goods to festival attendees.
 

Event Logistics

When: November 10, 2023 - November 11, 2023

Where: Pima County Historic Courthouse Courtyard

Time: 3 PM - 10 PM Each Day

Expected Attendance: 15K over both days

Total Vendors: ~20

Cost: Thanks to the generous support from Vantage West Credit Union, all vendor fees have been waived for participating vendors.

  • Vendors will be required to run all sales transactions through a point of sale platform provided by DUSK Music Festival. Sales taxes will be collected and the festival will retain 5% of gross sales for credit card process fees and chargebacks. Vendors will be provided with the names and email addresses of all customers who made purchases. More details will be provided after registration, but questions may be directed to Kristin Evans at  kristin@duskmusicfestival.com

  • DUSK Music Festival has a dedicated food court and beverage area.  There will be no food or beverage retailers allowed in the Vendor Village.

  • Vendors will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. This form will be deactivated once vendor capacity is reached.

  • Electrical (15amp), lighting, one 6x3 table and two chairs will be made available to vendors. No tents will be needed or permitted vendors

  • Space is limited. Vendors are requested not to exceed the space occupied by a standard 6x3 table and chairs.

  • Vendors are requested to be completely set up by 1:00 PM the start of each event day and to stay until 9:00 PM.


After Acceptance

Approximately one week before the event, all vendors will receive an additional email with parking details and need-to-know information.
