Thank you for joining us. Please let us know how you would like to volunteer during the run of the show. Each family is asked to do 10 service hours and work at least one show. During Aladdin Jr. shows, I (or my family member, friend) would be like to work at the following:

Load In (heavy lifting, must be at the theater at noon on Friday of show weekend)

Load Out (heavy lifting, must help us load the sets and travel with us to unload them at the storage unit after the shows are finished)

Snack Bar Sales

DVD Sales

Half & Half Raffle Sales

Backstage Supervision (Parents with children under 5 years old encouraged here but must be able to help and watch other kids as well)

Littles Runner (help little kids get to places during the run of the show)

Continuity Checker (make sure every performer on stage has correct costume, make-up, shoes, etc.)

Stage Crew (heavy lifting, must be available for dress rehearsals & all shows)

Spot Lights (must be available for dress rehearsal & all shows)

Volunteer Coordinator (get volunteers plugged in and assign show duties)

Check in Table (arrive 30 minutes before rehearsal)

Find Program Ad Sponsors (paper program ads & videos ads)

Create Program Ads (use Photoshop or other programs to create ads for those that need help)

Create Advertisement Slide Show (to be projected at intermission of the performances)

Big/Little Brother & Sister Coordinator (help assign cast members and plan get to know you activities)

Which shows would you prefer to work? Front of House (tickets, snack bar, merch, flowers, candy grams, DVDs, t-shirts, ushers, will call) can watch the same show they are working. Backstage (supervision, runners, crew, spotlights, cameras) cannot watch the show.
