Registration Policy
• Your EARLY registration and deposit demonstrate your intention, save your place, and support the course delivery
• The full payment is due no later than May 14, 2021.
• If you cancel your registration with more than 21 days notice, you have two options:
1. You may transfer your payment to another course organized by us (does not apply to courses put on by other organizers)
2. You may request a refund (subject to a $50 administrative fee)
• If you cancel your registration for any reason after the 21-day period before the class, no refund/transfer is offered, unless given explicit and prior approval from both the teacher and the local organizer
• If we cancel the course for any reason, we will refund your course tuition fee (not any lodging or travel costs).
• We reserve the right to cancel a course that does not meet minimum participant requirements
•We strongly advise making refundable travel arrangements
