Please complete this form by midday 5 December to reserve your place[s]. The trip is based on 12 participants and as soon as 6 people have signed up you'll receive confirmation that the trip will go ahead & you have a provisional place on it. Your details will then be sent to the supplier and you will need to secure your place by paying them a 20% deposit within their deadline. The balance will be required 2 months prior to the trip.
