Educational Enhancement Request Form

Please use this form to submit a request for projects, activities, books, equipment or anything that enhances the academic lives of our children at Eccles Elementary. This fund is a first come first served basis. We encourage all teachers requesting funding to attend and share their proposal at the next PTA meeting. If you aren’t able to attend we recommend you send someone else to come and share your proposal on your behalf.
