As a professional courtesy, and to support continuity of care, we may share our notes regarding our work with your dog(s) with your veterinarian. We may also contact your veterinarian in the event it becomes necessary to verify vaccination status. *
Payment and Pre-Paid Session Policies
A  full deposit is required prior to each individual appointment or class. Packages require prepayment for the entire package prior to the start of the first session of that package. Three-session packages expire within four months and five-session packages expire within six months, starting on the date of purchase. For example, a 3 session package purchased in January expires in April . There is a $35 returned check fee. Packages are non-refundable. *
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations greater than 48 hours in advance of the appointment will result in a refund equal to the deposit paid less a $25 administrative fee. The fee is due prior to the next appointment. Cancellations 48 hours or less in advance of the appointment will result in loss of deposit or pre-payment for that session.  Harmony Dog Training LLC reserves the right to cancel an appointment in the event of severe weather warnings that would impact travel or for illness.  All efforts will be made to reschedule any cancelled appointments promptly; however, there may occasionally be a 2-3 week wait for an available time slot. *
Waiver of Liability
Harmony Dog Training, LLC will endeavor to create as safe an environment as possible for the training of my dog and will offer only sound, safe, and responsible training and training instructions.  However, I recognize that Harmony Dog Training, LLC is not responsible for any unintentional errors, omissions, or incorrect assertions.  I understand that the recommendation of any other product or service is not a guarantee of my satisfaction with that product or service. Further, I am and will remain responsible for the actions of my dog at all times and I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Harmony Dog Training, LLC of any and all claims of injury, expense, costs, or damages caused by the actions of my dog while under Harmony Dog Training, LLC instruction or control and under my own care as a result of following training instructions. I have been told by Harmony Dog Training, LLC and understand the inherent risks of owning a dog, including but not limited to the risk of dog bites to myself or others. *
