Bonsall Unified School District LCAP Annual Survey: Spring 2024
Bonsall Unified is seeking the input of all community members to help inform the development of the 2024-2025 Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) and to help us better support our students, staff, families, and community.

Bonsall Unified School District is required to develop, adopt, and annually update a Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP). In the LCAP,  we identify annual goals, specific actions geared toward implementing those goals, and measure progress for student subgroups across multiple performance indicators based on eight priorities set by the State. The eight priorities fall under three main categories: Conditions for Learning, Engagement, and Pupil Outcomes

We are completing a three-year LCAP cycle this year and have the opportunity to substantially revise our goals, actions, and strategies for the next three year LCAP. We have been collaborating on the development of our Bonsall Unified Framework for the Future and we are excited to launch our new mission, vision, values, and learner profile. Bonsall Unified District Goals:

1. Conditions of Learning: Ensure resource stewardship provides for a safe, secure, and dynamic environment where all learners belong and thrive.

2. Engagement: Foster a collaborative, trusting, and equitable culture among students, families, and all educational partners through intentional engagement that is creative and meaningful.

3. Pupil OutcomesBonsall Unified will create high quality, customized learning and assessment methods that will result in increased academic success and future readiness for every student.

Your thoughts and ideas about how your school and BUSD can better support student success are crucial. We use this information as we plan our budget priorities for next year. Your input will help us understand what has been working well and where we need to focus our future efforts.
