Handling Political Discussions in the Workplace
Query: With election season gearing up to only get stronger in the year ahead, I'm curious: how does your organization handle politics at work? Do you have a strict silence on political discussions, or are employees able to openly discuss who they like and how they feel?

I'm especially curious to hear about this from the HR perspective. Candidates and their policies can drum up both excitement, and division. What best practices does your company put in place, and why?
