I understand my student is required to enroll in the following minimum classes during the 2021/2022 dance season. (Select which applies to your student.) *

Ages 5 to 7: Required to take a minimum of a ballet/jazz combo class OR Level 1/2 Ballet or Jazz/Tap combo class (requirements for Ember Company)

Ages 7 to 9: Required to take a minimum of 1 MDC weekly jazz class (requirements for Spark Company))

Ages 9 to 11: Required to take a minimum of 1 ballet and 1 jazz class (requirements for Flame Company)

Ages 11 to 13: Required to take 1 MDC ballet and 1 MDC jazz class (requirements for Blaze Company)

Ages 13 & up: Required to take a minimum of 1 MDC ballet, 1 MDC jazz, & 1 MDC contemporary class (requirements for Inferno Company)
