Shade City Brewfest - Vendor Application
Join us at the inaugural Shade City Brewfest this April 22-23, 2022 at the Idaho Botanical Garden!

Shade City is a brewfest with a green heart. Our mission is to explore ways the brewing community and businesses around Idaho can reduce their impact on the environment while building community and enjoying our local food and drink. This two-day brewfest will celebrate Idaho’s beer scene while generating conversations around sustainability, environmental impact, and waste reduction.

We are keeping things full of peace, love, and grooves in honor of the first Earth Day which took place on April 22, 1970. Come to Shade City this April to try beers from dozens of local breweries, visit local sustainable vendors and join conversations about how to reduce our impact on Idaho’s environment. This event will give you a hangover you can feel good about.

We want you there to join the conversation and promote Idaho sustainability! We promise to attract thousands in Treasure Valley community to a fun and engaging event centered around Earth Day.

When: April 22 (5pm-9pm) & April 23 (1pm-6pm)
Where: Idaho Botanical Garden - 2355 E Old Penitentiary Rd. Boise

What we need from you:
To fill out this survey
$100 donation in lieu of a vendor fee made to the Treasure Valley Canopy Network to help further efforts in support of the Treasure Valley's urban forest (donation waived for nonprofit vendors)
As a vendor, you are guaranteed at least a 10'x10' space at the Idaho Botanical Garden during the Shade City Brewfest. We are able to make special accommodations if power or larger space is needed. Please include those details when describing booth setup and how much space you need in the questions below.

After filling out the survey, we will contact you directly with any other questions. We will also send out very detailed information regarding the event as we get closer, but please reach out with any questions in the meantime to kylie@lostgrovebrewing.com or coordinator@tvcanopy.net.
