SUS Room Booking Requests 2023/24
Starting Winter 2024, SUS will no longer be booking for non-SUS-affiliated groups.

**Food is not permitted in SUS room bookings - You must book through other means such as Special Events or SSMU bookings. SUS is not responsible for any fees incurred for violation of policies.

Please submit requests at least 5 business days before you need a confirmed room.
(This means if your event is on the 20th and you want to start advertising on the 15th, be mindful to submit at least 5 business days before the 15th)

The SUS EA will submit to building admin on behalf of SUS, but keep in mind that we will not receive a response over the weekend as McGill admin only does bookings during work hours Monday through Friday.

Due to space restrictions on McGill's campus, not all requests are guaranteed. The earlier the submission, the more likely that your request will be approved.
