L.E.A.D. Registration
Welcome to the L.E.A.D. registration page. L.E.A.D. is a 4 part eConvening training and coaching series through the University of Maryland, School of Social Work focused on cultivating an anti-racist mindset, promoting equity, and dismantling structural racism and oppression. You MUST commit to all four sessions in order to participate. *NEW* this year to L.E.A.D. are LLC's (LEAD Learning Communities). LLC's are optional and and groups will meet at least twice upon completion of the L.E.A.D. Institute with the goal of building community and ensuring accountability for our anti-racist practices. More info about LLC's while be provided during the L.E.A.D. Institute.
