Remember that by the time you apply for a HiPower program, you should be able to meet the following requirements:

1. you hold a vice president+, partner, managing director or founder title at an existing organization

2. you have presented in at least 3 public speaking engagements or have had at least 3 published articles

3. you are on at least one board (for-profit or non-profit) or volunteer for at least one organization

4. you are ready to commit to attending  6 out of 7 meetings during the course of the program year (tentative program schedule is below)

Hipower participants come together to support each other in being able to articulate the broader vision that inspires us and the path towards achieving it.  If we are going to be here for each other, then each of us needs to commit to this goal.
