With Governor Cuomo’s announcement that schools may reopen in September according to the guidelines from the NYS Department of Health and an approved reopening plan, the Rye City School District is seeking additional information as we refine our plan. While we await clarification on whether or not we can provide an optional remote program for any student upon request of the family, it will help us immensely to know how many families would choose this option should it be available.  We ask that you submit a completed survey for each of your children that attend school in the district and specify the grade level and school. For any family seeking a remote option due to medical considerations, please complete the survey as well. If a remote option for non-medical need is available, it would require a full semester commitment by the family. If you are not interested in a fully remote option, please do not complete this survey.
