Every year, CADW hosts an event to honor three women in the community who exemplify Democratic values and service to our community. This year we'd like to put special emphasis on three categories a Volunteer Champion, a Young Progressive Champion, and Leadership Champion.

The specifications for the nominees include:

- Dedication to electing Democrats to office in Central Texas
- Mentoring younger women in the community
- Cannot be a serving elected official or a current candidate for elected office
- Cannot be a current officer of CADW
